Training Tips

Our desire is to provide a positive training environment for all players. All Athletes should commit to attending practices and games well rested, hydrated, and with high levels of energy and enthusiasm. We encourage Athletes to continue their skills development away from the practice field, as a few minutes practicing drills or specific skills can be a great benefit in creating the muscle memory needed to compete. We will utilize individual, small group, and team settings to help each athlete improve their skills.
